Al-Meer Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Nalanda District of Bihar,India. It is established in 2020 and will have its existance in all the districts of Bihar. By the End of 2020 foundation will reach around 1000 children and their families.The organisation works for the welfare of children, their families and the community through four major programmes
The Al-Meer Foundation launched the Mission Education Programme in 2020. It focuses on early education development, non-formal education, remedial education and bridging courses, and concentrates on education of girls, especially in rural areas of Nalanda and other Districts.
A group of Young Corporate Professionals came together to set up Al-Meer Foundation to work with grassroots initiatives for effecting positive changes in the lives of underprivileged children, their families and communities. This group of people were inspired by Senge's philosophy
